About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Associate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong focus on SAP environments to join our Core Automation Team. In this role, you will design and deliver automation and observability solutions that improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical SAP systems.
You will leverage modern tools across RPA, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, and AI to reduce manual effort, accelerate incident resolution, and enable predictive, self-healing operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will build observability frameworks, integrate log analytics and monitoring platforms, and continuously optimize CI/CD and operational workflows.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and passionate about engineering reliability into SAP landscapes combining deep technical scripting skills with a strategic mindset for automation and observability.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will span the following focus areas:
SAP Automation & Reliability Engineering
Design, implement, and configure automation solutions that improve the reliability,
scalability, and performance of SAP environments, reducing manual intervention across routine operations.
RPA & Low-Code/No-Code Automation
Leverage RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and Low-Code/No-Code platforms (PowerApps, Mendix, OutSystems) to rapidly automate SAP workflows and build operational applications.
AI-Powered Operations
Implement AI-driven automation for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and enhanced decision-making across SAP systems to move from reactive to proactive operations.
Observability & Monitoring
Develop and implement observability frameworks to track SAP system health, performance, and key reliability metrics, enabling proactive identification of issues before they impact users.
Log Analytics & Incident Detection
Integrate log analytics platforms (Splunk, Elastic Stack) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) to enable real-time observability, intelligent alerting, and faster incident detection.
Scripting & Tool Integration
Use scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and Groovy to automate SAP tasks, build integrations, and extend observability and automation tooling.
CI/CD & Release Automation
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation processes within SAP environments to enable continuous integration, faster releases, and safer delivery of updates.
Incident Management & On-Call Support
Participate in the on-call rotation for incident management and troubleshooting, using automation to resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end automated workflows, and continuously refine observability and automation processes through new scripts, tools, and best practices.
