* We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Social Media Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have expertise in search engine optimization, social media strategy, content marketing, and analytics. The role involves increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, growing social media presence, and driving audience engagement across digital platforms.

* Key Responsibilities

SEO

* Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.

* Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking.

* Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.

* Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.

* Track keyword rankings, backlinks, and website health, providing regular performance reports.

* Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.

* Social Media

* Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.

* Monitor trends and identify opportunities for viral and engaging content.

* Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness through organic and paid campaigns.

* Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using platform insights and analytics.





* Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages professionally.

* Content & Digital Marketing

* Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video editors to create SEO-friendly and engaging content.

* Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and supports marketing goals.

* Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate leads, website traffic, and audience growth.

* Monitor competitors' digital strategies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 25 years of experience in SEO and Social Media Management.

* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.

* Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

* Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and website optimization.

* Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Preferred Skills

* Experience working with news, media, or digital publishing platforms.

* Knowledge of Google Discover optimization and AI-powered SEO tools.

* Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an advantage.
