- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and identify potential issues early on to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Job Requirements :
- 24-30 years of experience in oil & gas industry with a focus on refinery/petrochemical plants or similar facilities.
- Solid background in project coordination, planning, monitoring & control.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.
