Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Sales Operations Executive to manage our sales operations engine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CRM management, sales dashboards, MIS reporting, pipeline tracking, and supporting the Sales & Solutioning teams with documentation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain CRM data, including lead tracking, pipeline movement, and closure updates.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and improve sales process compliance.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards, MIS reports, pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasts.
- Support sales teams with proposals, agreements, purchase orders, and commercial documentation.
- Track MoUs, service orders, renewal timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance,



and Operations teams to improve reporting and efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Solid proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of sales processes, revenue tracking, and reporting.
