Role Description

The Client Relationship & Sales Executive is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing inquiries from prospective and existing clients, explaining services and pricing, and guiding clients through booking and onboarding processes. The Executive will conduct regular follow-ups for lead conversion, maintain client records, and support account management to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships. Daily activities include coordinating with operations teams for smooth service delivery, resolving client concerns, and assisting with contract negotiation where required. The role also includes proactive outreach through calls, messages, and in-person interactions to generate leads, promote services, and contribute to overall sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, pitch services effectively, and drive conversions.




- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Account Management skills to sustain long-term client relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and basic commercial understanding to finalize agreements and align client expectations with service offerings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with professional phone and in-person etiquette.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, including weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with CRM tools or basic spreadsheets.
- Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or service-based industries; experience in pet care or hospitality is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
