1. Review and understand structural, fabrication, and erection drawings before execution.
2. Monitor steel fabrication activities and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
3. Coordinate with fabrication yards for timely production and delivery of steel members.
4. Supervise erection of structural steel columns, beams, bracings, and other components.
5. Ensure proper alignment, leveling, bolting, and welding during erection works.
6. Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other project teams for smooth execution at site.
7. Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project standards.
8. Monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
9.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lifting plans, and work-at-height requirements.
10. Prepare daily progress reports and update construction status to management.
11. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during fabrication and erection.
12. Ensure project activities are completed within schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–10 years in structural steel fabrication and erection, preferably in high-rise building projects.
