Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years in AR Calling

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AR Calling professionals to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. The candidate will be responsible for handling medical billing accounts receivable processes, following up with insurance companies for claim status, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied medical claims.

Analyze claim denials and take appropriate corrective actions.

Work on aging reports and reduce outstanding AR balances.

Verify claim status, payment information, and EOB details.

Identify billing issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.





Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client guidelines.

Maintain productivity and quality targets as assigned.

Document call details and actions taken in the billing system.

Handle appeals and re-submissions for denied claims.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of AR Calling processes.

Experience in handling US healthcare insurance claims.

Good understanding of denial management and payment posting.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes.

Ability to work in night shifts / US healthcare process.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate.

Minimum 1 year of AR Calling experience.

Experience with major insurance providers preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in physician or hospital billing.

Knowledge of EMR/EHR and medical billing software.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
