Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and manage Kafka clusters on AWS cloud infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform.
- Monitor Kafka cluster performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Kafka messaging systems into their applications.
- Develop automated deployment scripts using Ansible playbooks for efficient provisioning of Kafka clusters.
Job Requirements :
- 4-14 years of experience in DevOps engineering with expertise in managing distributed systems like Apache Kafka.
- Solid understanding of AWS services such as EC2, VPCs, S3 buckets, EMR clusters etc. .
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef; familiarity with Terraform is a plus.
