Job Summary: The Banking & Treasury Executive is responsible for managing the organization's banking operations, cash flow, fund transfers, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and treasury activities. The role ensures timely financial transactions, maintains banking relationships, and supports effective cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily banking transactions, including payments, receipts, and fund transfers.

Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments.

Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor cash balances and prepare daily cash flow reports.

Coordinate with banks for account maintenance, banking documentation, and issue resolution.

Maintain records of bank guarantees, fixed deposits, and loan-related documentation.

Support treasury operations, including cash forecasting and liquidity management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

Prepare MIS reports related to banking and treasury activities.

Assist during internal and external audits by providing required banking records and documents.
