- Manage daily QC lab operations and ensure timely testing of all samples.
- Review and approve reports, CoA, and lab documentation.
- Handle method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.).
- Investigate OOS/OOT and implement CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, USFDA, WHO, and data integrity standards.
- Manage stability studies as per ICH guidelines.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and other teams.
- Lead and train QC team members; monitor performance.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 yrs Pharma QC (OSD) experience
- Solid in HPLC & GC
- Knowledge of GMP, USFDA, WHO
- OOS/OOT & CAPA experience
- Audit handling exposure
- Team handling & leadership skills
