We have an immediate opening for an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud Lead to join our team in Bengaluru.

Role : Salesforce CG Cloud Lead (Techno-Functional)

Experience : 5 - 8 Years (Min 2+ Years in CG Cloud)

Location : Bengaluru

Work Mode : Hybrid - 3 Days Work From Office (Mandatory)

Shift : IST 4 : 30 AM 1 : 30 PM (During Daylight Saving) OR IST 5 : 30 AM 2 : 30 PM

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Salesforce CG Cloud Lead with solid hands-on development and leadership skills to design, develop, and support Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions. This role involves end-to-end delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations on the Salesforce platform.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud
- Experience in Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Promotions & Order Management (DSD)
- Salesforce development : Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Visualforce
- Offline Mobile App & CG Cloud Web experience
- Salesforce Integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
- DevOps & CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities :

CG Cloud Functional Leadership :

- Lead design & implementation of CG Cloud solutions

- Act as SME for CG Cloud best practices




- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Mentor development and support teams

Development & Customization :

- Hands-on coding using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers

- Customize CG Cloud data models, UI components & integrations
- Ensure performance, security & scalability

Support & Maintenance :

- Lead production support, incident management & RCA
- Manage Salesforce releases, patches & upgrades
- Collaborate closely with business users

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Tools exposure : Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps
- Implement Git-based version control & automated deployments

Integration Architecture :

- Lead integrations with external systems
- Exposure to middleware tools like MuleSoft is a plus

Required Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years overall Salesforce experience
- Min 2+ years in Salesforce CG Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture & security model
- Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred :

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer, CG Cloud Accreditation, Architect)
- Experience in FMCG / CPG domain
