Role: GenAI Architect

Work model: 3 days/week - HYBRID

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

You will be part of a high-impact engineering team building next-generation AI and GenAI solutions. We are seeking Gen AI Architects to define, design, and scale Generative AI solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and own end-to-end Generative AI architecture (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, and orchestration layers).
- Define reference architectures for GenAI use cases such as chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, and knowledge assistants.
- Evaluate and integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) based on cost, performance, and security.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
- Define prompt engineering, context management, and hallucination mitigation strategies.
- Establish GenAI governance,

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on expertise in AI/ML, data platforms, or solution architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
- Expertise in Python and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
- Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma).
- Experience deploying GenAI solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Robust knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
