Execution of dispatch process as per planning in coordination with internal external customers and maintaining all related documentation as per the WCM standards company policy
Principal Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with Central logistics to ensure availability of tankers/trucks as per daily dispatch plans.
- Responsible for quality checks/inspection of the tankers/trucks for loading.
- Responsible for loading of the material from the unit.
- Verification of stock (BOOKS VS PHYSICAL).
- Responsible for error free documentation and correct dispatches as per SOC
- Timely dispatch information to customer.
- Carrying ISO audit Compliance in relation of Dispatch
- Excise invoice preparation/checking of LRS/forms.
- Execute transport arrangement for daily dispatch.
