We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented HR Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bulk hiring and volume recruitment. This is a 100% Work from Office role operating on a 6-day work week. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for this position to effectively evaluate candidates for the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Bulk Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing specifically on high-volume hiring for sales roles.
- Sourcing Excellence: Utilize various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, field mapping, and local databases to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screening & Shortlisting:
Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate fitment based on communication skills, sales attitude, and regional language proficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with field sales managers and department heads to understand headcount requirements and deliver quality profiles within strict Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Offer & Onboarding Management: Handle salary negotiations, document collection, and post-offer engagement to ensure a high joiner ratio and reduce drop-outs.
- Reporting: Maintain real-time recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly updates on hiring funnels, selection rates, and joining pipelines.
