- Handle end-to-end execution of electrical projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Reviews Consultant, vendor and contractor technical documentation and requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Prepares the technical documentation for electrical system Single Line Diagrams (SLD), PCC /MCC / Transformer layouts, Load calculations, Cable sizing calculations, Panel GA drawings, Earthing and lightning protection layouts, Lighting layouts and lux calculations.
- Provides technical support to Project group.
- Ensure timely installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT systems, Transformers, DG sets, PCC/MCC panels, UPS systems, lighting systems, Earthing systems,
HVAC electrical systems.
- Optimizes electrical systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
- Selection, ordering of Electrical instruments as per detail design and specification.
Conduct inspection and quality checks during installation. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Education Background -
Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering with specialization in Electrical.
Experience - Minimum 8-10 years in Pharmaceutical (Formulation & API) Company
