- Design and deliver employer branding initiatives to increase visibility on campuses, including sponsored events, workshops, and internships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria for junior positions.

Job Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience in campus recruitment or related field (HR/Recruitment).
- Proven track record of successful campus hiring campaigns at leading organizations.
- Strong understanding of employer branding principles and ability to develop effective marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with university partners.
