Key Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and B.Com is mandatory; M.Com(preferred)
• 6+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts
• Experience in manufacturing/corporate setting
• Strong exposure to standalone & consolidated financial statements
• Hands-on experience in Ind AS implementation and reporting
• Strong experience in inventory accounting, costing, reconciliation & ageing analysis
• Exposure to Direct Taxation, TDS, advance tax, tax audits & compliance
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA finance modules (FI/CO/MM)
• Experience in month-end/year-end closing, MIS reporting, budgeting & forecasting
• Exposure to AP, AR, GL & Asset Accounting in SAP
• Team handling and stakeholder management experience

Good to Have:
• SAP FICOMM integration exposure
• Experience in process optimization & SAP enhancements
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Experience handling auditors and compliance activities
