Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI automation and Data Modelling. The candidate should have minimum 3+ years experience and working extensively on Macros, Power BI dashboards, automation, and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, automating business processes, handling large datasets, and supporting management with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports using Advanced Excel and VBA Macros and create Power BI automations.
- Create dashboards and analytical reports for management review.
- Handle large volumes of data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate daily, weekly,



and monthly business reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Analyze trends, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for management decision-making.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports with high accuracy.
- Support process improvement and reporting standardization initiatives.

- Power BI

- Data Validation & Conditional Formatting

- Good understanding of reporting and data analysis.
