Preferred certifications include CEH, CISSP, CISM, OSCP/LPT

Minimum of 3 years of experience in core Information Security functions

At least 8 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility focusing on OT systems
Relevant Experience

Comprehensive understanding of OT systems, protocols, and architectures including SCADA, DCS, PLC, and HMI

Familiarity with OT-specific security standards and best practices such as IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISA/IEC 62451

Hands-on experience with OT security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating and mitigating OT security risks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Proven project management experience in leading OT security initiatives

Preferred certifications also include CISSP, CSSA, and GICSP

Industry experience in critical infrastructure sectors, including energy, utilities, manufacturing, and transportation, is highly desirable

Roles and Responsibilities

Safeguard the reliability, safety, and resilience of OT systems against cyber threats and vulnerabilities

Apply knowledge of various technologies and solutions to support strategic business needs

Engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels to implement the OT security vision

Identify and lead IT security initiatives and projects within the OT space

Ensure enterprise OT systems are maintained throughout their lifecycle in accordance with Celestica s cybersecurity requirements
Technical Expertise

In-depth knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including SCADA, DCS, and PLCs

Robust foundation in cybersecurity principles such as network security, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing





Experience with OT visibility tools

Compliance and regulatory knowledge relevant to OT environments

Risk management and threat intelligence specific to OT systems

Effective communication and soft skills for collaboration and problem-solving
Key Characteristics
OT Security Strategy and Governance

Develop and implement OT security strategies, frameworks, and policies aligned with industry standards and regulations

Lead efforts to define security objectives and integrate OT security within overall cybersecurity governance

Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate the security posture of OT systems and identify vulnerabilities
Risk Management

Perform regular risk assessments on OT infrastructure, including SCADA, PLCs, HMI, and ICS
