Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and consolidate the Daily Sales Report from all store locations and submit it to management
- Monitor and maintain the Daily Manager Checklist, ensuring all store managers complete operational compliance requirements.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing for all stores, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) reports for individual stores and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Conduct customer feedback calls to measure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns, and improve service quality.
- Supervise and coordinate with Store Managers to ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, sales targets, and customer service expectations.
- Follow up with store teams regarding pending tasks, operational issues, and performance improvements.
- Maintain accurate operational records and generate management reports as required.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
