We are hiring Refrigeration Technician !!!

Work Locations - Kochi, Coimbatore , Kozhikode , Hyderabad ,TVM, Lucknow

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot compressors (Hermetic, Semi-Hermetic, Scroll)

Work on condensers, evaporators, expansion valves (TXV/EEV)

Handle solenoid valves and pressure controls Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and vacuuming (micron gauge preferred)

Monitor oil management systems (oil separator, reservoir, level regulators)

Check suction and discharge pressures

Manage rack sequencing and compressor staging

Adjust superheat and subcooling

Work on electrical panels and wiring

Basic understanding of PLC / Modbus systems

Ensure proper defrost operation

Maintain service logs and reports

Coordinate with contractors and vendors

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of parallel rack refrigeration systems

Understanding of low temp and medium temp systems

Familiar with controllers (Carel, Dixell, Emerson)





Ability to read wiring diagrams and refrigeration schematics

Brazing with nitrogen purging

Vacuuming using micron gauge

Leak detection using nitrogen Etc

Refrigerant charging and recovery

Oil recovery systems

Knowledge of EEV / TXV operation

Understanding defrost cycles and alarms Electrical & Control Skills:

Troubleshooting electrical panels

Knowledge of VFD, contactors, relays, overloads

Understanding pressure and temperature sensors

Basic PLC / BMS / Modbus knowledge

Practical Experience:

Handling multiple racks and freezer systems

Experience in supermarkets, malls, or cold storage (preferred) Additional Requirements:

Willing to work shifts and emergency breakdowns

Good communication skills
