Position: Sales Manager Unsecured Business Loan (UBL)
Location: Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Branch Manager

Job Purpose

To drive business growth by sourcing and acquiring customers for Unsecured Business Loans through open market activities,



DSA channels, referrals, and direct customer engagement while maintaining portfolio quality and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual business disbursement targets.
- Source current customers through open market, DSA, connectors, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSME customers.
- Generate quality loan applications and ensure complete documentation.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for quick loan processing and disbursement.
- Conduct customer visits, business verification, and market surveys.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain portfolio quality and support collection activities whenever required.
- Build and strengthen the local DSA and channel partner network.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update MIS regularly.
