- Lead technical delivery of telecom transformation projects as Delivery or Development Lead
- Coordinate between component leads, architects, and product engineering to resolve design or blocking issues
- Track tasks with component leads and provide regular delivery updates to the project manager
- Report and highlight risks, working proactively on mitigation plans
- Own the delivery technically from start to production release

Requirements:

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with solid telecom background
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle BSS/OSS/CRM transformation projects
- Good technical understanding of at least one Oracle BSS/OSS/CRM stack product
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work as Technical PM or Delivery/Development Lead
