We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex Oracle Telecom product implementation projects for demanding telecom clients, managing scope, risk, and delivery across large-scale BSS/OSS transformation programmes.

Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle of Oracle telecom product implementations from initiation through post-go-live support
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation
- Proactively manage project scope creep with clear communication to all stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and client/vendor stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver clear project status reports to senior management and clients




- Foster a high-performing project team environment through clear direction and coaching

Requirements
- PMP certification (mandatory)
- 8+ years of project management experience in telecommunications
- Proven experience managing Oracle telecom product implementations (BSS/OSS)
- Robust understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have
- Masters degree in IT, Project Management, or related field
- Experience with MS Project and Jira
