We are looking for experienced technical Kronos/UKG professionals with strong hands-on expertise in administration, development, integrations, and production support. Candidates should have worked on UKG/Kronos platforms in technical roles and must not be purely functional HR or end users.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions
- Hands-on experience in Kronos Administration and Development
- Expertise in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, XSLT
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- User and Security Administration
- Experience integrating Kronos with HRMS/Payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
- Experience in configuration, upgrades, patches, and deployments
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Kronos/UKG applications
- Configure and customize system workflows based on business requirements
- Develop and support integrations with HRMS and payroll systems
- Manage user access, roles, and security settings
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and release deployments
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4 6 years of relevant technical experience in Kronos/UKG
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
