You will be the final guardian of a couple s vision, transforming creative concepts into flawless, production-ready assets. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the maturity to manage their own workflow, the technical acumen to troubleshoot complex design files, and the professional polish to communicate with global stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design Consultation & Execution: Lead the end-to-end process of modifying and finalizing high-end stationery designs. You will act as a consultant to our customers, ensuring their aesthetic vision is balanced with technical feasibility.
- Technical Pre-Press Mastery: Perform rigorous pre-flight checks. You are responsible for ensuring every file meets skilled print standards managing CMYK color profiles, resolution requirements, bleed margins, and font embedding before production.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage high-stakes professional correspondence. You will articulate design choices and technical limitations to customers with clarity, empathy, and professional authority.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high productivity standards while operating with minimal supervision. You will be expected to master our proprietary tools and AI-integrated workflows quickly to meet performance KPIs (CSAT, Resolution Time, and Quality Scores).
- Brand Stewardship: Demonstrate high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) when navigating complex customer scenarios, ensuring every interaction reinforces the premium reputation of The Knot Worldwide.




- Cross-Functional Support: Provide expert insights to the broader CX team and assist with multi-channel support (chat/email/phone) as business needs evolve, maintaining a one-team mindset.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

- Technical Proficiency: Professional-level command of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. You must be comfortable manipulating vector paths, managing layers, and optimizing file sizes.
- Print Production Knowledge: Basic understanding of typography fundamentals (kerning, leading, tracking) and the nuances of various printing methods (digital, letterpress, foil).
- Experience: 3+ years in a customer facing, design-centric role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, or Kustomer) is highly preferred.
- Autonomy: A proven track record of learning by doing. We value candidates who can navigate ambiguity and master new software or product lines with minimal hand-holding.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You must be able to translate technical design concepts into easy-to-understand guidance for non-designers.
- Education: While a degree in Graphic Design is a plus, we prioritize demonstrated technical expertise and a strong professional portfolio over formal credentials.
