Job Title: DM Plant Operator

Job Summary: The DM Plant Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Demineralization (DM) plant to ensure the production of high-quality demineralized water. The operator will monitor plant processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the DM plant equipment and processes
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance
- Report any abnormalities or incidents to the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred




- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of chemical dosing and water treatment processes
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends if required
