Role & responsibilities

- Maintain and update all Indirect Tax tracking sheets, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual Indirect tax return files.
- Prepare and maintain complex business licenses accurately and in time as required by taxing jurisdictions to ensure all filing deadlines are met.
- Mentor and assist in training and development of Tax Analysts
- Research tax law and assist in tax planning, as required. Licenses and renewal packets and ensuring all data is correct in each record.
- Communicate effectively with team members including management, and other departments of the company as needed.
- Managing Property Tax - Real and Personal

Preferred candidate profile





- Experience Level 3 to 5 years of relevant Industry experience
- Qualification bachelor’s in finance/ accounting / master’s in business administration or master’s in finance or equivalent preferable
- Language Requirement – Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
- Skills Required –
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team setting
- Significant expertise in MS Office tools, primarily MS Excel and Access
- Internet Browsing, Data enrichment, and Data classification skills
