Job description

1. Develop and implement safety training programs for all personnel with related to TBT,First Aid, CPR etc.

2. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company EHS policies.

3. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites & prepare Daily/weekly MIS

4. Knowledge of safety compliance under BOCW, Labor Laws, CPWD norms at construction site/NBC

5. Prior Experience in Highrise, residential/Institutional/commercial working in construction companies.

6. To Ensure Zero accident & Secure man hour at Site

7. Safety park development & ensure proper compliance

8. Ensure safety compliance at site

9. Daily providing tool box training at site

10. Implementation & monitoring safety plan & SOP at site.

11. To Provide periodically MIS (TBT Attendance, Near Miss, Safety Violation report, NC Raised, Safety Audit report)

12. To provide training and workshop on safety week among labors and staff.

13.



To check and verify various compliances such as licenses of heavy vehicles, Insurances renewals of Building related equipment's and approvals
