Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, phone calling, and digital inquiries.

- Identify new customers such as builders, contractors, industries, factories, farms, schools, government & private departments, real estate developers etc.

- Fix an appointment with new customers and visit to their office.

- Meet customers to understand project requirements and recommend suitable precast boundary wall solutions.

- Inform new customers about our precast boundary walls and encourage them to purchase our products.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

- Taking final measurements, submitting of the final bill and follow-up to collect outstanding payments.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Collect customer feedback.

- Monitor competitors' pricing, products, and market activities.

- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

- Promote products through social media, digital marketing, local advertising, and exhibitions.

- Build relationships with architects, civil engineers,



contractors, and real estate developers.

- Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and customer needs.

- Create promotional materials such as brochures, catalogs, videos, and case studies.

- Organize product demonstrations and site visits for prospective clients.

- Maintain the company website and online business listings.

- Manage customer inquiries from online and offline channels.

- Analyze marketing campaign performance and improve return on investment (ROI).
