Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver Technical Variance responses and outputs within defined cost, quality, and timelines.
- Perform technical execution and approve documentation as a Competent Author.
- Analyze technical data and recommend solutions, including technical publication changes.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace documentation standards and safety/reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Exercise engineering judgment to identify Safety, Reliability, and Cost issues and provide solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience: 514 years in aero-engine technical documentation or engineering roles.




- Hands-on experience in technical variance management, documentation, and compliance.
- Certifications in AS9100, S1000D, or Reliability Engineering are a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Technical and Skilled Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Aero Engine modules, parts, and terminology.
- Expertise in technical documentation standards (e.g., S1000D, AS9100).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical publications.
- Familiarity with DFMEA / PFMEA, safety analysis, and reliability engineering.
- Excellent communication and networking skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
