We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead QA a global CBS provider serving financial institutions across Singapore, Ireland, and the APMEA region. You'll own test strategy, team management, and delivery quality across our Core Banking platform.

Role & responsibilities

- Define and own the end-to-end test strategy across functional, automation, API, mobile, and performance testing
- Lead and mentor the QA team setting goals, managing capacity, and driving capability
- Oversee test planning, execution, and sign-off for product releases and client implementations
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality governance with development and product teams
- Report on test metrics and release readiness to leadership and global clients

Preferred candidate profile





- 10 - 12 years in QA, with 3 - 5 years in a Test Manager
- Fintech or core banking domain experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on across: Manual/Functional, Test Automation, API Testing, Mobile Testing, Performance/Load Testing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent) is mandatory
- Familiar with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or equivalents
- Solid communicator comfortable presenting quality metrics to clients and senior stakeholders
