Responsibilities

- A day in the life of an InfoscionAs part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
- You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
- You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
- You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines
- Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Technical and Professional Requirements
- 14+ years of SAP Basis experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANAHands-on experience managing end-to-end SAP landscapes and third-party toolsStrong exposure to SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BI, EP, CRM, SRM, SUS, MDM, Web Dispatcher, Solution Manager, SAP JVMProven experience with SAP on hyperscalers RISE with SAP, ECS, AWS, Azure, GCPStrong understanding of SAP cloud architectures, native services, performance monitoring, and optimizationExtensive experience in SAP RISE migrations, including OS/DB and HANA migrations using SWPM/SUM, with focus on minimizing downtimeExperience in SAP landscape design, sizing, and technology roadmap definition for S/4HANA programsExpertise in HA/DR design, backup recovery strategies, and SAP Basis operations (upgrades, refreshes, EWA, capacity planning)Strong leadership in SAP solution design, SDLC execution, and stakeholder communicationAbility to analyze technical impact and provide transparent, business-aligned recommendations
