Responsibilities
- Architect Enhance MES Solutions: Understand Delmia Apriso architecture and contribute to design and enhancements.
- Managed Services Support: Handle APRISO support tickets/incidents as per SLA in coordination with offshore teams.
- Root Cause Analysis Optimization: Solve recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Process Assessment Consulting: Identify improvement areas and recommend technology solutions.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) preferably Delmia Apriso.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, .NET, Java.
- Experience in Manufacturing IT applications and Supply Chain Operations.
- 5+ years in requirements gathering, architecture, and process detailing.
- Hands-on experience in MES implementation (Delmia Apriso suite).
- Integration with ERP, PLM, and shop floor systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration design.
- Robust analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for consulting engagements.
