Position: Marketing & Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Salary: 14,000 per month
Training: Training will be provided
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Including 30 minutes break)
Location: Remote / Office-Based (as applicable)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for finding and applying for relevant projects and job opportunities on various freelancing and professional platforms, generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify suitable projects and job opportunities on:
- LinkedIn
- Upwork
- Fiverr
- Freelancer.com
- Guru
- PeoplePerHour
- Bark
- Indeed
- Glassdoor
- Other freelancing and lead-generation platforms

- Submit proposals and bids for relevant projects.
- Prepare customized cover letters and client messages.
- Generate leads and business opportunities through online research.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication.




- Maintain daily reports of applications, leads, and responses.
- Work closely with the team to understand services and client requirements.
- Support sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet browsing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
