Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage site operations for green field projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee construction activities on ground mount solar sites, including vendor management and supervision.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from planning to commissioning.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-20 years of experience in solar project development, preferably in green field projects or ground mount solar installations.
- Diploma/B. Tech / B.E. degree in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical Specialization.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects with multiple stakeholders involved.
- Candidates must have green field solar experience.
- Must have handled and managed Site single handedly .
