Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field.
- 5 years of experience in: Fund administration, Fund Accounting, Alternative investment operations, Private market operations.
- Manage post-close operational activities for private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds.
- Process and Monitor fund cycle events Capital Calls, Distributions, Redemptions, Subscriptions.
- Perform Cash, Position, and NAV Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely capture of fund activity within accounting and administration platforms.
- Robust understanding of post-closure activities like: Financial statement preparation, investor reporting.




- Post close operation Analyst is responsible for supporting Post investment and post-closing activities across private market funds, alternative investment vehicles and registered products.
- The role requires a strong understanding of fund administration, fund accounting, investor servicing, transaction processing and lifecycle management to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support onboarding of New investors and fund structures.
- Review fund documentation, partnership agreements and subscription agreements.
- Review NAV Calculations, Investment valuations, and Income recognition.
