Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Finance with CA/CMA Semi Qualification and experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will support finance operations, accounting, taxation, MIS reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities while ensuring accurate financial records and smooth financial processes.

Role & responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes

Manufacturing Finance & Costing

- Assist in product costing and inventory accounting
- Track production costs and prepare variance analysis reports
- Coordinate with plant and production teams for cost control




- Maintain inventory valuation and stock reconciliation

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting reports, and financial analysis
- Support management with profitability and cost analysis reports
- Maintain accurate financial data and documentation

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities
- Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports

ERP & Process Support

- Work on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally
- Improve accounting procedures and financial controls
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting

Preferred candidate profile

- CA Inter / CMA Inter / Semi Qualified CA or CMA
- 3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts within Manufacturing Industry
- Good knowledge of GST, MIS, budgeting, and accounting processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
