Entire responsibility of Production lifecycle

- Ensure seamless execution of the entire production lifecyclefrom order receipt through manufacturing, quality control, packaging, and final delivery—while optimizing efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Daily production activities to meet demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Machine performance against rejection (Vice versa)
- Production Data Management Responsibility on tcsion :
- Ensure all production-related data is accurately updated and maintained in TCSion (or relevant ERP system).
- Monitor compliance with data entry protocols and ensure all stakeholders follow standardized procedures.
- Regularly audit system records to verify completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of production inputs.
- Use system data to generate actionable insights for planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all manufacturing practices comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product standards and manage non-conformities.
- Team Leadership:
- Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any workforce challenges.
- Safety and Compliance:




- Enforce workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working workplace.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage the plant’s operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor and control production expenses to meet financial targets.

Technical Support

- Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance to the production team to resolve equipment and process issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting problems related to capsule manufacturing machinery, processes, or quality deviations.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical resolutions for future reference.
- Quality Assurance Support:
- Collaborate with QA to ensure adherence to GMP, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Process Optimization:
- Work with the production team to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support implementation of technological upgrades to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Training & Documentation:
- Train team members on troubleshooting techniques, customer complaint handling, and new technical procedures.
