Must Have:
3+ yrs UI/UX experience with strong portfolio
Figma expert (Auto Layout, Components, Dev Mode)
Wireframes, User Flows, Prototyping, Design Systems
UX Research & Responsive Design
Hands-on experience with AI design tools & AI prompt writing
Good to Have:
SaaS / FinTech / Healthcare / EdTech design experience
Basic HTML/CSS understanding
Agile/Scrum exposure
