The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, hygiene, ambience, and presentation of the Della Gallery. Coming from a hospitality background, the individual will ensure that the gallery consistently reflects premium standards while efficiently managing housekeeping resources, consumables, and support staff to deliver an exceptional visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the Della Gallery, including display areas, meeting rooms, reception, washrooms, pantry, and common spaces.
- Ensure the gallery is always guest-ready and maintained to luxury hospitality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure productive daily operations.
- Plan and allocate housekeeping duties to maximize productivity and service quality.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, toiletries, cleaning materials, and pantry consumables, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate procurement of housekeeping materials.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met.




- Coordinate with the maintenance team for any repairs, breakdowns, or facility-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling and safe usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Implement and monitor housekeeping SOPs, hygiene protocols, and safety standards.
- Support the Operations/Admin team during VIP visits, client meetings, events, and internal functions by ensuring flawless upkeep of the premises.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on grooming, hygiene, service etiquette, and operational best practices.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and housekeeping resources while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred.
- 48 years of experience in housekeeping operations within hotels, luxury hospitality, premium commercial spaces, or corporate environments.
- Experience in leading housekeeping teams and managing resources.
- Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, inventory management, and hygiene standards.
