Skills Required
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Basic smartphone/app handling
- Ability to travel locally
- Sales and customer handling experience
- Knowledge of agriculture/agri-input market is preferred
Eligibility
- 12th pass / Graduate
- 1 Year experienced candidates
- Experience in FMCG, agri-inputs, telecom, or field sales is often preferred
Salary Range (typical)
- 15,000+ PF+ TA DA + Incentive month fixed
- Incentives based on onboarding and sales
- Travel allowance / fuel reimbursement may be included
Work Nature
- Mostly field work
- Daily retailer visits
- Reporting through CRM/mobile app
