Position: Assistant Manager - Purchase

Department: Purchase/Procurement

Location: Vasai

Academic Qualification:

Essential: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production)

Desired: BE (Mechanical/ Production)

Experience:

4-5 yrs

Technical Skills:

1. Valuable knowledge of all purchasing procedures

2. Good knowledge of material purchase orders, service orders, contracts, various AMCs etc.

3. Techno-commercial Procurement & Vendor Development

4. Converting open requirement of materials to PO on time

5. Ensuring Order Acceptance

6. Ensuring delivery of materials as per OA

7. Ensuring delivery of materials as per required delivery date

8. Daily reporting to Manager for daily routine work and required report submission

9. Ensuring smooth GRN process by liasoning Inward Section.

10. Ensuring the delivery material with required TCs and other documents

11. Co-ordination with Accounts Dept.

12. Knowledge of Project management

13. Good understanding of supply chain procedures

14. Working Knowledge of taxation

15. Maintaining PO records

16. Co-ordination with Accounts Dept.
