Employment Type: 3 years FTE Role (On Company Payroll)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Diploma Engineers for multiple functions including Production, Manufacturing, Process, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support plant operations across respective functions
- Ensure smooth production and adherence to process parameters
- Handle equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain quality standards and follow SOPs
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-time Diploma (Mandatory)
- 0 to 4 years of experience
- Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Production or related specialization
- Experience in Production / Manufacturing / Maintenance
