As Category Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving Haleon s sales growth through the effective translation of brand strategy into shopper support tools. You will focus on creating shopper sell-out tools, educating in-store experts, and developing best-in-class visibility and communication plans across relevant channels.

Role Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of shopper marketing support within scope across all channels where the brand is distributed.
- Develop relevant and meaningful education for in-store experts.
- Create in-store visibility and category communication through the development of point-of-sale materials.
- Lead multi-brand and cross-category support projects to ensure coherence and address all elements of successful sales support.
- Partner with Brand Marketing to translate brand growth drivers and strategies into effective shopper tools.
- Work with Sales teams to provide tools that address market gaps, customer expectations and commercial opportunities in the most relevant and successful way.
- Collaborate with the Category Manager to incorporate strategic guidelines into support planning and execution.
- Identify creative and successful shopper support tools through regular store checks, detailed analysis, competitor and Haleon promotions, and client visit support.
- Develop tailored and compelling communication initiatives to drive commercial objectives and customer-focused strategies.
- Effectively communicate shopper support plans to the Sales team on a regular basis.
- Engage with customers to help secure Haleon strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrate delivery of sales and equity targets across the brands in scope.
- Oversee optimization of shopper marketing spend through ongoing evaluation and effective prioritization of key activities.




- Act as shopper lead throughout the commercial planning process to ensure the shopper voice is central to Brand and Customer discussions.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree with 4+ years of experience in a consumer marketing position, including experience leading shopper or trade marketing campaigns, brand exposure, previous sales experience, over-the-counter and/or fast-moving consumer goods category experience, and direct customer engagement to deliver business plans.
