We are seeking an experienced Siebel Data Migration Specialist with strong EIM knowledge to lead data migration projects including requirement gathering, design, development, and execution for complex telecom CRM migrations.
- Lead Siebel Data Migration (EIM) including Import, Delete, Export, and Merge processes
- Gather migration requirements and design data mapping from legacy systems
- Develop and execute EIM migration scripts with SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell Scripting
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and assumptions throughout the migration lifecycle
- Ensure quality and traceability of migration deliverables against business requirements
- 5+ years of Siebel EIM data migration experience with telecom domain background
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell Scripting skills
- Valuable understanding of Siebel data flow and data model
- Experience with ETL Tools and Data Stage
- Customer-facing experience in data migration design and delivery
