Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage bancassurance business through CASA channels, focusing on insurance sales and relationship management.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase cross-selling opportunities between banking products and insurance policies.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business prospects and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance sales, relationship management).

- Robust understanding of life insurance products, including term life, whole life, group policies etc. .

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with customers and colleagues alike.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills required.
