Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
2. Drive Motor Insurance business through the agency channel.
3. Recruit, onboard, and activate insurance agents.
4. Manage and develop agent relationships to achieve business goals.
5. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market expansion.
6. Achieve Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.
7. Train and guide agents on products, processes, and sales techniques.
8. Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams.

Requirements

1. Graduate/Postgraduate qualification.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Agency Sales.
3. Experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance preferred.
4. Robust sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
5. Experience managing agents/channel partners.
6. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
