About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect with 25 years of experience to design and execute functional, aesthetically appealing interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, space planning expertise, and experience coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and site engineers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure design quality.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Assist in material selection, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Resolve design and execution issues during project implementation.
- Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, construction details, and interior materials.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and execution drawings.
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
- Experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects.
- Robust understanding of interior construction and site execution.
