We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into explicit, actionable system requirements and supporting solution delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
- Partner with technology teams to assess solution feasibility and evaluate design options
- Understanding and documenting Business & Functional Requirements as well as NFRs
- Understanding and documenting interface requirements
- Review of test cases as well as functional testing support
- Support project delivery activities including testing, deployment readiness, and production support
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives




- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

Domain Requirements

- Corporate Banking and Treasury Management
- Cash Management, Payment Wires, ACH, and Real-Time Payments
- Deposits and Check Fraud Management

Knowledge of Specific Applications

- FIS Core Banking Ledger

Additionally

- Focus areas include project delivery and production support
- Strong hands-on experience working in an Agile delivery model is required, including familiarity with SDLC/PDLC principles, sprint ceremonies, and iterative delivery practices.
